12 Week Plan To
Eat Smart - Lift Right
And Feel Better!

We measure participant outcomes by tracking their progress through a structured 12-week personal training program, where they receive three one-hour sessions per week. At the start, we conduct baseline fitness assessments and collect comprehensive data on their physical condition, including strength, endurance, and other key metrics. Throughout the program, we meticulously record their reps, sets, weights, and overall progress to help them develop personalized fitness plans they can continue independently. Beyond physical training, we also act as life coaches, creating a supportive environment where participants can discuss personal challenges, family dynamics, and overall well-being. This holistic approach ensures that we're not only enhancing their physical health but also providing a safe space for them to share and grow in all aspects of their lives.
 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
 

At Reps 4 Vets, we determine participant eligibility by requiring a DD-214 to verify military service as well conduct an in-person  interview with each veteran. This interview allows us to get a feel for the veterans potential needs, explain the programs goals/ expectations and answer any and all questions the veteran may have. We have learned that the key is not making sure the veteran is a fit for the program its making sure the program is a good fit for the veteran.
